Exchange Policy

If there’s any concern regarding the product you purchased, and you wish to get it exchanged:

  • Email us within three days of receiving the product at hello@thefurbuddies.com

  • Mention your Order ID number, we will send you an acknowledgment email after we receive your details.

  • Send back the item to be exchanged within 10 days after receiving our acknowledgment email.

  • We apologize but we cannot accept returns for items that are not received by us within the 10 days period.

  • Once we receive the item we will send you an acknowledgment via email, and subsequently, call you to discuss the items you wish to take in lieu of the returned product/s.

  • We do not give refunds at all. Any returns will be in the form of product or size exchanges only.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned product/s and the exchanged product/s.

  • Furbuddies Online Store is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.

 

Please note:

  1. In case you have received a broken/ damaged product please notify us about the same on the day the product is delivered. We will not receive broken/damaged items for exchange, if not informed about it the same day of delivery.

  2. Items eligible for exchange need to be in their original condition,  brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed, and in a resell-able condition.

  3. For exchanges on collars: Please do not ship collars back to us buckled up- this stretches out the hole and the collar will be considered non-returnable.

  4. If the purchase price of goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods is less than that of the returned goods no refund will be given; and if the goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods exceed that of the returned goods, the difference will be borne by the purchaser.

  5. We are continually thriving in providing you the best in quality. To maintain hygiene for all our products, we will not be able to accept returns and exchanges on certain items including toys, clothes, beds, custom orders.

  6. We also do not accept any returns or exchanges on clearance/sale items. These items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for any reason. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  7. The delivery and dispatch schedule are estimated, however, your order will be delivered in 7-10 working days’ time.

 

We take every step to ensure you are provided with all the information you need to make an informed purchase on our website.
